The following items in our DME Closet and Resource Center are available during open hours, Monday-Thursday 11:00AM-4:00PM for anyone in the community at no cost.
DME Closet
Durable Medical Equipment and Supplies
- Equipment and supplies can be picked up and kept for as long as it's needed. We only ask you return when no longer in use or pay it forward.
- Items we carry:
- Walkers
- Wheelchairs
- Shower Chairs
- Bath Benches
- Incontinence Supplies (pullups/briefs/pads)
- Crutches
- Chux (disposable and reusable bed pads)
- Other Equipment and Supplies

- Gently used and unopened item donations accepted.
Library
Our library has a wide variety of subjects to help navigating death, dying, and grief. Individuals are welcome to keep these books or return when finished.

Seeking Hospice Care for Someone?
Individuals with a terminal diagnosis within 2 years of end-of-life may be eligible for our client services at no cost. No medical provider referral is needed. For more information, please see client services. To fill out a referral, follow the button at the top of this page.
